This year's Brunswick conference was at the Moon Palace Resort and Spa in Cancun, Mexico. It is a wonderful all-inclusive hotel on 123 acres. It was well worth the trip and I would highly recommend this hotel as a destination spot when traveling to this area.

It’s great to get an award for a job well done. I have been in this business for 30 years. Sometimes, when business gets a little slow, I ask myself why. The answer always comes quickly. For me, the real satisfaction and one of the reasons I am still in this business is because our product and service line up makes our customers, their family and their friends very happy.
