<p>Darafeev Lifetime Guarantee: Except for normal wear and tear, Mikhail Darafeev, Inc. guarantees our products against defects in material or workmanship for one year from date of purchase by the original owner only by agreeing to repair or replace any and all parts proven to be defective at the sole discretion of Mikhail Darafeev, Inc. Cloth, fabrics, leather, ultraviolet discoloring of light finishes and season splits due to extreme weather conditions are not covered under this guarantee. Parts returned for guarantee service are to be shipped prepaid. If, after examination, the parts are determined by Mikhail Darafeev, Inc. to be defective, they will be repaired or replaced and returned prepaid by conventional surface freight carrier. If repairs become necessary more than one year from the date of purchase, Darafeev will make repairs at it's factory at no charge to the original owner under the following conditions: (1) all freight charges will be the sole responsibility of the owner (2) all labor charges, if any, necessary to disassemble, prepare for return and reassemble must be performed by an authorized Darafeev representative or our factory approved agent and the cost of that labor will be the sole responsibility of the original owner. The swivel is guaranteed to the original owner for the life of the barstool and will be replaced on demand. All other hardware must be returned to factory prepaid for inspection prior to replacement so long as any installation service is performed by an authorized Darafeev representative or our factory approved agent. Repair or replacement of any defective parts shall constitute complete fulfillment of all obligations with respect to the product. This guarantee does not require the replacement of the entire product. This guarantee is void if the product is not assembled and deluxed and thoroughly inspected by an authorized Darafeev representative or our factory approved agent, prior to delivery to end user. All claims must be made through an authorized Darafeev representative or our factory approved agent. The foregoing warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranty of merchantability or fitness or usage for a particular purchase. Darafeev neither assumes nor authorizes any person to assume for Darafeev any other obligation or liability in connection with said product. This guarantee does not apply to damage resulting from accident, alteration, misuse, abuse, flood, fire,earthquake or any other natural calamity. This guarantee does not extend to any Darafeev products used or sold for commercial purposes.</p>
