I wanted to follow up our conversation with Woody about the Brunswick Centennial Cloth. I told you that I was very glad you recommended that cloth since it still looks and plays like it did the day I bought it. Everything you said about it, the ease of cleaning, the play and the durability are true. I would say that the table has been used moderately for a home table. In the two years, it would be safe to say there have been at least one thousand games played. I have been faithful covering the table after use, but have not done anything else other than brushing and wiping down with a damp cloth. This is the only cloth I would have on my table. Please feel free to share my recommendations with any customer who is considering a table and wonders what kind of cloth he should buy. --- Jim Taft

Our first contact with your company was with George Johnson, who presented himself as an experienced sales professional with a jovial personality. He took considerable time and effort to educate us about the table features and offered suggestions as to the suitability of various features for the practical uses intended. We also spoke with Laird Halverson on several occasions and he provided us with his knowledge and experience which helped us to decide on our selections.

Not withstanding the exceptional efforts of Mr. Johnson and Mr. Halverson, the planned installation could not have been achieved with such satisfactory results without the efforts of the installation crew. Everyone was extremely diligent and professional with their respective divisions of labor.
