Soda Machines

Triangle Billiards presents Soda Sweethearts

The Vendo V-39 (shown here with Michelle Latiolais) is probably the most common seen 50's Coca-Cola upright machine. It has a look that everyone seems to like and although it has a single flavor vender, it remains as one of the most popular machines. It was introduced in the late 40's and remained in production until the late 50's.

The Cavalier CD-12 (shown here with Melissa Mead) is in a group which hobbyist call "Bow-Out" chests (pronounced bo-out). This particular cooler was built to hold 12 cases of soda and is a "dry" box, meaning it does not need water or ice to cool it's contents. These coolers have gained a lot of popularity recently as more and more people discover they make great outdoor poolside coolers.

The Westinghouse Standard (shown here with Caroline Ambrose) is a Non-Electric Ice Chest.

The Ideal 55 (shown here with Tylene Buck) is known as the "slider" due to the fact that it has a rack inside that the bottles must be slid through before being removed. These chests were made in the late 1940's through the late 50's and are quite possibly the most common coin operated machines there are. Ideal embossed their "sliders" for many soda companies, but so far, this is the rarest flavor to date.

The Vendo V-80 (shown here with Charle Nelson) is a machine that has gained some popularity in recent years.
