The Triangle Stores believe that you should be 100% satisfied with every purchase you make on our website. If you are ever not satisfied with your products or your service from us, you should contact us immediately so we can resolve any issue in a manner that is satisfactory to you. We offer a 120 Day return policy on all online purchases. This means you can feel free to use our products for as long as 120 days and return them if you are not satisfied. Merchandise returned should be returned in new condition and in the original packaging. You will be responsible all shipping charges to return any items, including any shipping costs that were incurred sending out your original order, unless we shipped an incorrect or damaged item. Also, merchant credit card fees and other fees from on-line processing companies are non-refundable as those companies do not return those fees. If there were any customizations done on a product we cannot offer a refund.

As a result our low price guarantee is based on the total purchase price. If you should find a lower price including the shipping and handling charges on a legitimate United States competitor's website on an identical item we stock, we’ll match it, beat it or offer another option at our discretion. This guarantee excludes closeouts, liquidations, clearance and online auction items; we will price match prices from any authorized dealer working within established manufacturers pricing guidelines.

In addition, we attend industry expos and visit our manufacturers' factories to make sure we're trained properly on their products. We ship all products as soon as possible. Due to variances in availability of some products, please allow up to 12 weeks for delivery on some orders. We ship to all locations within the continental US. For shipments outside the continental US, please contact us for shipping charges. Note: For security reasons, we can only ship to the billing address of the credit card used on an order. If you need your order shipped to a different address, contact us to make special arrangements.

Sales Tax Policy
We must collect applicable state and local taxes on purchases made online. Orders shipped to California will incur 8.00% sales tax.
