Triangle Billiards can diagnose and fix most arcade games.

To start, contact your Triangle representative by phone or email. Describe the problem and name of game needing service. There is a possibility, based on the symptoms that Triangle can give a diagnosis and price over the phone or via email.

Arcade Service Prices

Option 1

Home or business visit to Evaluate the problem: $450.00

1. Fix problem or diagnose problem if cant be fixed at time of visit.
2. If parts are needed tech may have available on the truck. If so, parts will be charged for.

Side note: tech will spend up to 1 hour diagnosing and fixing all possible. Every hour after the first hour is billed at $250.00 per hour. Multiple games can either be repaired or diagnosed during the first hour at no additional charge. There will be additional charges after first hour.

Option 2

Second trip charge: $350.00 plus parts

Service tech, after evaluating the problem on first visit, has to order parts. Parts to be charge for accordingly. This is a discounted second trip service charge.

This service is for the cost of the second trip only. The first trip of $450.00 plus second trip of $350.00= $800.00 plus any parts needed.

Option 3

Tech cant fix the unit on site Tech has to bring to a remote location specialist to repair. See the following:

1. Triangle charges $450.00 for first visit and evaluation as shown in option 1
2. Charge to take to remote service destination $tbd or possibly no charge. In some cases, if the games do not have to be removed the cost will be significantly less than removing games. In some cases, parts only may have to removed for diagnosis and repair/replacement
3. Charge to pick up unit/units from remote service destination and bring back to original location $350.00 same as option 2
4. Quote to follow for parts and service $tbd

Example:

1^st trip: $450.00 see option 1
2^nd trip: $350.00 see option 2 (if needed)
Take parts to remote location and pick up: N/C
Parts: $250.00 (if needed)

This example could be for repair and diagnosis of more than one game.

Note: additional charges for stairs if physical games have to be removed.
